We are organized as a 501(c) 3 CA Incorporated Non-profit Organization. This basically means we do not pay taxes on funds raised, donations to us can be tax deductible, and we can accept employer matching gifts. We have corporate bylaws and policies. We adhere to the Palm Springs Unified School District standards for parent groups within schools.
